Legal Documentation

Every lot that appears in our catalogue, solicitors have been asked to provide us with legal details covering special conditions of sale, lease (where applicable), office copy entires, local searches, title deeds and any other specific information. The information gathered is available for inspection at our auction venue on the day or at our offices from receipt until the auction date.

Those wishing to receive legal documents on any lot, can call 0115 929 9295. Copies of those documents which are available to us will be sent to you.

It is highly important that you double check with us before the auction to re-confirm that you receive any other documents subsequently received by us. These will naturally be forwarded to you at no extra cost.

For further detailed legal enquiries, speak to your legal representative who will contact the relevant Seller’s Solicitor listed within the auction catalogue under each lot.

The Special Conditions of Sale, when available, can also be sent to you. No charge is made for providing copies of the Special Conditions of Sale.

CD-Rom - £25.00 inc VAT

USB memory stick - £27.00 inc VAT

Paper Copy - £27.00 inc VAT
